Assistant Teacher, LaPetite Academy of Mishawaka

Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while maintaining a fun, clean, and organized classroom environment. They must also develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must possess the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience, along with the energy and dependability needed to work indoors or outdoors and engage physically with children. A passion for working with children is essential for this role.
