Graduate Assistant, Softball

The graduate assistant will aid the head coach in planning, organizing, and evaluating all aspects of the competitive intercollegiate softball program, including recruitment and adherence to ncaa division iii standards. Responsibilities also include managing equipment, coordinating team travel, conducting on-Field coaching during contests, and assisting with media relations.

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree and be accepted into a degree-Granting graduate program at elmhurst university, such as the mba or ma in industrial/Organizational psychology. Candidates must commit to 20 hours of service per week and maintain full-Time enrollment while adhering to all ncaa and university regulations.
