Family Mentor - EST

The family mentor provides skills-Based individual and group sessions to caregivers, implementing motivational strategies to ensure engagement and adherence to care plans. This role involves participating in multidisciplinary team huddles, conducting proactive outreach, and problem-Solving to ease caregiver stress and ensure care plan adherence.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with families in a healthcare setting such as coaching or social work, and possess lived experience supporting a loved one with an eating disorder in stable recovery. Required abilities include connecting with diverse people, guiding goal achievement, passion for evidence-Based care, strong communication, and comfort working remotely.
