Baseball and Softball Sports Specialist

The sports specialist is responsible for planning, performing, and organizing activities and games for youth and teens in a free youth baseball and softball league. This role ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for members while teaching specific sports skills and maintaining program standards.

Candidates need at least one month of baseball or softball experience or equivalent education and training, along with the ability to actively lead sports activities. Required certifications include state of michigan criminal background clearance, blood borne pathogen training, and obtaining cpr and first aid certifications within the first 60 days.
