Clinic Registered Behavior Technician

The rbt will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in the clinic, implementing individualized treatment plans for clients aged 2 to 21. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, parent training, and maintaining detailed daily data entry for all targeted programs.

Candidates should ideally have 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism, though this is preferred, not required. Applicants must possess a high school degree, have excellent communication skills, be willing to undergo a background check, and maintain a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to the clinic.
