We are looking for high-energy fitness leaders who are passionate about coaching, building community, and helping members achieve life-changing results. Our instructors play a powerful role in guiding members through 45-minute cardio kickboxing and strength training workouts while creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired.

A day in the life

As an FXB instructor, you will

• Lead and motivate members through 45-minute cardio kickboxing and strength training classes
• Create an engaging, high-energy class environment where members feel encouraged and supported
• Provide modifications to accommodate different fitness levels, injuries, and experience levels
• Build strong relationships with members by learning names and engaging with them throughout each class
• Inspire members to set and achieve goals both inside and outside the studio
• Coach members through our structured nutrition program and support healthy lifestyle habits
• Help foster a positive, inclusive community where members hold each other accountable and celebrate progress
