Job Summary

Job Description

The incumbent will assist in all areas to include planning and organizing practices and competitions, recruiting, compliance, promotion, administration, and development of student-athletes in a Division I program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop an assigned position group, focusing on fundamentals, technique, and position-specific skills.
  • Contribute to weekly game planning, including reviewing opponent film, identifying tendencies, and recommending adjustments.
  • Break down and evaluate practice and game film to assess player performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop correction plans.
