Core responsibilities
The assistant swim coach will assist the head swim team coach in writing and leading swim team group workouts and running daily practices to help members improve their swimming technique. Responsibilities also include registering new participants and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged and at least one year of swim coaching experience are required for this role. Candidates must possess cpr/Aed certification, be members of asca and usa swimming, and obtain lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire.
