Middle School Orton-Gillingham Teacher

The teacher will provide individualized, pair, and/Or small-Group orton-Gillingham instruction to middle school students with language-Based learning differences, focusing on reading concepts and strategies within the school's curriculum. Responsibilities also include regular communication with staff, material selection, administering assessments, writing progress reports, and participating in professional development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and one to three years of experience working with children in an academic setting, along with completing an associate level orton-Gillingham training course with a practicum. Prior knowledge or willingness to train in standardized test administration techniques using multisensory methods is also required.
