Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for leading a preschool classroom, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while planning and implementing age-Appropriate lessons aligned with the l.e.a.p. Curriculum. This role also involves supporting early academic and social-Emotional skills, maintaining routines, and communicating daily progress with families.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or ged, with an associate degree or higher in early childhood education preferred, alongside a minimum of six months of relevant childcare experience. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices is necessary, and meeting michigan childcare licensing requirements is mandatory.
