Assistant Teacher 3pm - 6pm

The assistant teacher will support the lead teacher by implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans and actively engaging with children to foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities also include preparing the classroom environment, adhering to safety guidelines, and assisting with communication to families regarding student progress.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate empathy, compassion, the ability to work productively without supervision, a basic understanding of child development, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
