Club Ski Head Coach

The head coach is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the club ski program, including recruiting members, organizing practices, and attending all home and away races. Essential functions also involve supervising tryouts, selecting the team, and assisting student leadership with club operations.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of relevant work experience, along with a valid driver's license free of serious convictions. Preferred qualifications suggest a bachelor's degree and experience as a competitive, college-Level ski coach.
