Job summary

The Administrative Assistant-Academics position is a flexible, part-time, in-person position that requires a minimum of three days per week on campus. This role supports the Academic Coordinator on a variety of projects that contribute to the College’s Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, and Nursing programs, as well as Student Services.

Essential job functions and responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for a range of tasks related to various academic programs and student services, ensuring the accuracy of student records, data entry, and compliance with clinical requirements. This role involves maintaining precise documentation for enrollment, academic standards, and program completion, as well as assisting students during enrollment periods.
  • Maintenance of academic records includes managing enrollment, term assignments, and program completion documentation.
  • Data entry and tracking projects are essential for effective management of academic and student information.
  • Providing customer service to students encompassing assistance with school account login, documentation of clinical requirements, and addressing general inquiries about the College atmosphere.
  • Event planning, including order placement, set-up coordination and room reservations.
  • Providing support in the College testing center as a proctor to prospective students.
