On-Call Residential Advisor

The residential advisor provides a safe, supportive, and predictable environment by supervising job corps trainees in their daily activities, monitoring their progress toward goals, and utilizing behavior management practices. This role involves conducting dormitory operations, mentoring students on career success standards, and facilitating life skills groups.

Candidates must be able to effectively relate to and inspire the trainee population, demonstrating strong management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Required qualifications include obtaining and maintaining cpr/First aid and aed certification, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
