Instructor - Occupational Therapy Assistant Program

The instructor is responsible for the instruction and management of assigned classes, maintaining currency in their specialized field, and participating in department and college-Wide committees. Duties include delivering quality instruction across seated, hybrid, or online formats, fostering a positive learning environment, and providing academic advising.

Candidates must hold a minimum bachelor of science or arts degree and maintain a current, unrestricted missouri state license as a cota or otr, along with nbcot certification. A minimum of four years of documented clinical experience in occupational therapy is required, demonstrating current knowledge sufficient to teach across the ota curriculum.
