EL Teacher-Iowa Connections Academy

Certified teachers will manage instructional programs virtually, consulting with learning coaches and students via phone and internet to ensure successful program completion. Responsibilities include coordinating language proficiency screenings, administering state testing, supporting instruction through web conferencing, and developing/Updating personal learning plans.

Candidates must possess a k-12 english as a second language endorsement in iowa and have experience directly teaching ell students, with bilingual skills being preferred. Strong technology skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-Focused approach are essential requirements.
