  • What You'll Do
  • Deliver individualized, one-to-one behavioral health services to youth and families
  • Implement treatment and behavior management plans developed by the Behavior Consultant
  • Teach and reinforce safe, socially acceptable replacement behaviors
  • Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and problem-solving
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary to stabilize acute situations
  • Complete accurate documentation and participate in supervision and collaboration
  • What We're Looking For
  • 1 year of experience providing mental health support services to youth or young adults is preferred
  • Certification: BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) required (We provide this training if you do not have it!)
  • Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification
