Early childhood aide instructor - Bilingual

The aide instructor will work closely with special education teachers to support children with developmental disabilities in achieving age-Appropriate educational goals, which includes setting up materials, assisting with daily living activities, and implementing behavior treatment plans. A key function involves providing verbal and written translation services as needed for staff, families, and other stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of 6 college credits, along with fluency in a second language in addition to thorough knowledge of english. Applicants are required to obtain nys level i teaching assistant certification within the first six months of employment.
