Early childhood preschool 1:1 aide

The aide will work closely with special education teachers to implement a child's individualized education program (Iep) goals, utilizing applied behavior analysis principles and collecting progress data. Responsibilities also include setting up classroom materials, assisting with bussing, supervising children, and supporting daily living activities.

A high school diploma is required for this role, which involves direct support for children with developmental disabilities. Candidates must also be physically capable of moving/Transporting children, moving quickly to prevent elopement, and maneuvering the classroom environment.
