Toddler Lead Teacher - Young Explorers

The lead teacher will ensure the safety and supervision of children in an assigned classroom, ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Key duties include creating developmentally appropriate curriculum and partnering with families to provide the best care and education.

Candidates must possess an associate degree or child development associate (Cda) credential and should ideally have over two years of experience in a licensed child care facility. Strong organizational and customer service skills are necessary, along with the ability to meet all state criteria for child care employment.
