Child Care Lead Teacher

As a lead teacher, you will collaborate with other teachers and families to create a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, adhering to naeyc guidelines. Key duties include ensuring classroom safety, developing age-Appropriate curriculum, and maintaining open communication with parents.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, or a cda credential, or career pathway level 3, or a bachelor's degree in any field. One year of experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred, along with strong organizational and customer service skills.
