Job responsibilities

  • Subjects to be taught: Math (Algebra 1 & 2) & ELA
  • Grade
  • Level: 10th, 11th
  • Scheduled:
  • Seeking flexible availability
  • Mondays through
  • Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 5 PM CT. Please note each school site is subject to different hours.
  • Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
  • Tutors will have access to information about class assignments
  • Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
  • Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
  • Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

Qualifications

  • MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired
  • In-person availability is required
  • Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
