The lead montessori teacher will be responsible for guiding and teaching children aged 2-5 years old, ensuring they learn to their fullest potential within a team environment. This role requires implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum and fostering an engaging learning atmosphere.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with specific educational requirements such as 45 hours in child growth and development and 45 hours in preschool curriculum for the 2-5 age group. A minimum of one year of experience working with children or 30 college credits is also mandatory.
