Summer Internship - Job Coach

The job coach manages participants in the summer work experience program by training, mentoring, and coaching them in group settings according to their person-Centered vocational plan. This role also involves assisting with daily team tasks, coordinating with site representatives, and handling weekly administrative duties.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and experience working with individuals with disabilities in vocational settings is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, be willing to travel, and demonstrate good communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
