The Pilates Instructor plans and leads safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes, supporting clients in improving strength, flexibility, and posture through proper technique and individualized accommodations. This role also involves maintaining a clean studio space and adhering to all professional standards and company policies.
Candidates must possess a minimum 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education certification or equivalent and have required experience teaching group equipment-based Pilates classes. Essential abilities include an energetic teaching style, strong communication skills, dependability, and the capacity to perform physical movements associated with Pilates instruction.
The hourly rate or salary range for this position is broad to reflect the range of experience, skills, and certifications candidates may bring. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location, consistent with applicable state pay transparency laws. Instructors are eligible for a quarterly incentive program. Instructors earn 10% commission on private training, retail, and first month membership sales.
