The Pilates Instructor is responsible for planning and leading safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and accommodating individual needs. This role supports clients in improving strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being through Pilates principles and equipment.
Candidates must possess a minimum 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education certification or equivalent, along with required experience teaching group equipment-based Pilates classes. A positive, motivational teaching style and strong communication skills are essential for client service and loyalty.

The hourly rate or salary range for this position is broad to reflect the range of experience, skills, and certifications candidates may bring. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location, consistent with applicable state pay transparency laws. Instructors are eligible for a quarterly incentive program. Instructors earn 10% commission on private training, retail, and first month membership sales.
