The Pilates Instructor plans and leads safe, effective, and engaging group classes, ensuring proper technique and accommodating individual client needs to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Candidates must possess a minimum 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education certification or equivalent and have required experience teaching group equipment-based Pilates classes. The hourly rate or salary range for this position is broad to reflect the range of experience, skills, and certifications candidates may bring. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location, consistent with applicable state pay transparency laws. Instructors are eligible for a quarterly incentive program. Instructors earn 10% commission on private training, retail, and first month membership sales.
