Direct Support Professional(Entry-Level) Bachelor's Degree Required

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining an active pace, ensuring a clean and safe therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly while engaging with children.
