Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping the therapy space clean, organized, and safe while maintaining an active pace throughout the day.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with pay varying based on education and aba experience. Applicants must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor, and must commit to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire.
