Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean and safe while actively engaging with the children through play, movement, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with pay varying based on education and aba experience. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly, sit, stand, crouch, and get on and off the floor.
