Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces safe and clean while staying active to engage with the children during sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
