Direct Professional Support (Entry- Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging actively through play and movement. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space while communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and capable of physical activities such as lifting up to 30 lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is mandatory.
