Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy techniques to follow personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include engaging children through play, movement, reading, collecting simple data, and maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, which determines the pay rate, and must be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and maintain an active pace by frequently sitting, standing, crouching, and moving quickly with young children.
