Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining an active pace, staying engaged with children, and keeping the therapy space clean and safe.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly while engaging with young children.
