Direct Support Professional (We will Train!) Childcare

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging kids through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space while staying active and engaged throughout sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 30lbs and maintain an active pace involving frequent movement on and off the floor. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is mandatory.
