Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and engage them through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space and staying active throughout the sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs while frequently sitting, standing, crouching, and moving quickly with children. A commitment to obtaining rbt certification within 20 days of hire is mandatory.
