Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy space.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and commitment to teamwork are also required.
