Child Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)

The therapist will work one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy techniques to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, engaging children through play and activities, and maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. The role requires physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently get on and off the floor while maintaining an active pace.
