Direct Support Professional (We will Train) Childcare

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to help them learn communication, social, and independent skills. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, staying physically active during sessions, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to maintain an active pace, frequently getting on and off the floor and lifting up to 30 lbs. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is required.
