The therapist will work one-on-one with young children using play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, engaging kids through various activities, and maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (8am-5pm) *May volunteer for an occasional Saturday based on patient needs

Action Behavior Centers hires caring people to help children with Autism learn and grow, providing full training and covering the cost of your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate. Our ABA therapy builds communication, social, and independent skills and as a Behavior Therapist, you play a meaningful part in each child’s progress.
