Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) providing play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy following personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting simple data, maintaining a clean therapy space, and actively engaging with children through movement, reading, and games.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates need the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on the floor while maintaining consistent attendance.
