Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, engaging children through various activities, and maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with a commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly, sit, stand, crouch, and get on and off the floor.
