Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean and safe while actively engaging children through play, movement, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, be at least 18 years old, and be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and maintain an active pace by frequently sitting, standing, crouching, squatting, and moving quickly with children.
