Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and communicating with the team. Responsibilities also include keeping the therapy space clean, organized, and safe while maintaining an active pace throughout the day.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently move quickly on the floor with young children. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire and consistent attendance are mandatory.
