Direct Support Professional (We will Train) Childcare

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include engaging children through play, movement, and hands-On activities while maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to maintain an active pace, frequently getting on and off the floor and lifting up to 30 lbs. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is required.
