Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and communicating with the team. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and helping children learn through various activities.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on the floor while engaging with young children.
