DFCA Case Manager

The dfca case manager coordinates and provides services to foster children, foster families, and adoptive families, ensuring their physical, emotional, social, educational, and spiritual needs are met according to the client's service plan. This role involves ongoing case management, frequent home visits, thorough documentation, and participation in child placing decisions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field and have a minimum of two years of prior related experience, meeting texas minimum standards for child placing agencies. The role requires the ability to work nights and weekends as needed, proficiency in english, and the ability to drive and meet physical demands.
