Direct Support Professional (Entry- Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment and staying constantly active to engage with the children.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move, sit, stand, crouch, and get on the floor. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is required.
