Part-Time Afterschool Specialist ($15-$16/hour)

The specialist is responsible for implementing curriculum, supervising youth activities, and maintaining a warm, nurturing, fun, and safe environment for children daily. This role also involves communicating positively with youth and families, attending required meetings, and reporting incidents to the site director.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. A criminal background check must be passed, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds is essential.
