Semper - Middle School Teacher

The teacher is responsible for leading classroom instruction and training scholars, ensuring academic success and character development through the implementation of daily instruction plans aligned with organizational goals. Essential duties include employing creative instructional strategies, conducting assessments, tracking progress, and actively participating in school functions and professional development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher, strong instructional and classroom management skills, and a valid wisconsin teaching credential or the willingness to obtain one. A minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience is required, with preference given to urban experience, along with proficiency in microsoft office suite and school teaching platforms.
